These strange, curled structures (they're a little like fiddleheads) are actually amplifiers of sound. Dust singers (like Too) already have rather large fluffy ears and exceptionally good hearing. Their feelers however amplify sound far beyond what their ears can manage alone. Too can hear when rain is coming, when mushrooms are growing and even (rather usefully) when cheese is nearby.
Fortunately for the rest of the Wayfolk, Dust Singers occasionally shed their feelers. A shed pair can be worn by a non dust singer, giving them a heightened perception of the sounds around them. It won't ever be on par with the hearing of a true dust singers but you may begin to notice things that you couldn't before. *please note these are ethically harvested sheds and no harm has come to any dust singer during the retrieval of these feelers
To a dust singer, it doesn't sound like dust at all. It sounds like music. You'll often find dust singers humming to themselves. Sometimes its with settling dust, sometimes rain from three hills away, a beetle crawling through the mud or even just the frequencies of the world. If you ask what they're listening to, they're usually more than happy to tell you. You may discover they were singing the song of cheese.
Pictured is also a lost button (leafling) with a biggle feeler for a tail! They’re pretty versatile! Gummy items can be glossed for extra transparency!
all of our offerings are kit items supplied with magnets but you must pop them in.
You may want to sand and spray them
