✷ The Crooked Fair ✷ › Day Eight ✷ Nonion Sam the first Greeble

Day Eight ✷ Nonion Sam the first Greeble

US$17.50
Sold Out, Sorry!

COMING AT 5PM

Nonion Sam, the first Greeble!
Nonion Sam originates from Little Elsewhere. The very same place Nobody Tom and the Krookuru masks come from!
They’re from deep in the heart of the crooked wood where the trees are extra crooked and dense. However, the soil is very rich in nutrients here.

Greebles, tiny little inhabitants of the crooked wood. While some resemble vegetables or fungi, bugs and creatures, they aren’t actually any of those things.
They are Greebles and they’re sentient but generally harmless.

They don’t speak but make strange percussive noises that vary between greeble types. While they never tend to sound the same, they seem to understand each other.
Most wayfolk don’t understand what they are saying but there are few specialists that seem to communicate well with Greebles! Such wayfolk are said to be fluent in Greeblish.

—
Greebles are not jointed.
They will be a body + a head and you can either putty or glue them on. (We’ve glued ours with loctite)

You can decorate your nonion! You can see that we’ve given ours a fluffy trim (not included) but you can also adorn them with pompoms and scarves and other bits and pieces too. You can even see the funglers on our Nonion Sam

Sam today is available in the brown nonion variety. (light coloured body, troll spores head)
Should he be popular we may bring some red nonions with green bodies later in the event (if we have enough resin, of course)

Happy Christmas Eve my friends 🎄
I forgot to share this sweet little tiny ruin.
The wings are jointed and I love them very much 🥹 this was a group effort from suggestions and concepts from our beautiful community notably the lovely @angel.crepes 💕 hope you like them! #bjd #doll
Velvet spindletrap!
I’ve wanted to do a spider for such a long time and with the magic of our magician @quirkyqritters and @selcian_bun face concept for me to work with, we have one! I know spiders aren’t for everyone so a human version
Funny little Gregory shroombert the mushroom lad. Okay, okay I know he’s really bizarre but I find him very endearing! Can you imagine all the designs you could do on those mushrooms?! This was a concept originally by our pal @selcian_bun 💕 I
Oakford, our tiny little tree spirit. A blend of branches, moss and magic that only appears when you let yourself play 💕 a tiny wee testament to growth in unexpected places.

Sweet tree spirit concept was initially by our good friend @selcian_bun b
