There are many things in the crooked wood that are not what they seem. The puca being one of them.
Puca originate from irish folklore as a mischevious shapeshifter that takes the form of many creatures (though it is often depicted as a goat, horse foxes etc but we are opting for the goat variant here!)
The stall owner claims they were donated by a Puca personally.
don’t take this as gospel, puca are not known for donating things
They are, however known for borrowing things, leading travellers astray etc
If you can outsmart one, they may be forced to offer you protection.
Many farmers would offer some of their crops to the spirit in the hopes that it would grant them a bountiful harvest as if ignored, the puca could spoil everything.
Wear the horns at your own discretion.

There is no separate size for straying bell and you should grab a missing sock size for those.
HOWEVER, all sizes are interchangable and they still fit the curvature of the head nicely.
